HPV CC1 leads GIVA's ₹110 crore Series C extension

Kenro Capital, PI Opportunities Fund II and Titan Capital Winners Fund I join the equity tranche supporting the jewellery retailer's operations.

GIVA's ₹110 crore Series C extension was disclosed on February 19, 2026, following approval of a new preference-share issue. HPV CC1 Ltd leads the tranche with ₹74.25 crore, alongside ₹13.75 crore from Kenro Capital and ₹11 crore each from PI Opportunities Fund II and Titan Capital Winners Fund I.

The financing supports operating expenses, including hiring and marketing. It follows GIVA's ₹530 crore Series C round announced in June 2025.

The retailer had expanded beyond its original silver-jewellery business into gold and lab-grown diamonds. Its growth strategy combines physical stores with online sales and franchise partnerships.
