GIVA closes ₹530 crore Series C led by Creaegis

The June 2025 financing backs a wider store network, supply-chain technology and lab-grown diamond jewellery.

GIVA announced its Series C on 25 June 2025, with Creaegis leading and Premji Invest, Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund participating. The ₹530 crore total followed earlier reporting on a smaller proposed share issue within the same financing.

The company had more than 240 stores at the announcement and planned another 145–150 that year, with particular attention to Tier II cities. That rollout extended a business originally built around online silver jewellery into a broader store-based fine-jewellery offering.

Lab-grown diamonds formed part of the next phase alongside GIVA’s established silver and gold ranges. The combination of more locations and additional categories made supply-chain capabilities a central part of the expansion.
