GEMBA lets staff add improvement issues and inspection records to existing factory-layout drawings, then view and follow up on them from phones or tablets. Managers and floor teams can work from the same location-based record without replacing familiar routines. The app targets factories where paper forms and spreadsheets make it difficult to share shop-floor conditions.
