OpenFrame brings monitoring, device management, patching, security, remote access, documentation and ticketing into one platform and data layer. Managed service providers can oversee customer devices and cloud tenants without stitching together separate products for each operational task.
Its Mingo agent reads machine logs, tests potential fixes and applies those allowed by provider rules, while escalating actions that need judgment. Fae gives employees a local IT helper for requests such as account access, software installation and troubleshooting.
