OpenFrame brings remote monitoring and management, device management, patching, security monitoring, remote access, documentation and ticketing into a unified platform and data layer. Managed service providers use it to oversee customer devices and cloud tenants without stitching together separate tools for each operational category.

Flamingo's Mingo agent reads logs across managed computers, tests fixes and applies those allowed by the provider's rules; actions requiring judgment are sent for approval. Fae gives employees a local IT helper for support requests such as account access, software installation and troubleshooting. The company reports hundreds of MSP beta users and positions OpenFrame for MSPs, MSSPs and in-house IT teams.
