Dodge AI raises $2.65M to take on enterprise software maintenance

The company is starting with everyday IT incidents as its entry into the larger systems-integration business.

Learning the rules behind a support ticket

An ERP failure rarely makes sense from an error message alone. Dodge connects support tickets with the relevant configuration, custom code and business processes, then uses that context to identify the cause and prepare a fix. Its integrations span tools such as ServiceNow and Jira as well as enterprise applications; proposed changes remain subject to human approval.

The approach turns maintenance work into a record of how a particular business runs its systems, including the exceptions that generic AI models would otherwise miss. Dodge told Forbes it had signed around a dozen customers, including large listed companies.
