Databuddy Analytics raises $500,000 from Y Combinator
The product analytics startup will use the seed investment to develop its AI analyst, add integrations and improve customer onboarding.
Databuddy Analytics announced $500,000 in seed funding from Y Combinator on 20 October 2026. The investment brings its total funding above $560,000, alongside backing from Maza Ventures and the a16z Scout programme.
Founded by Issa Nassar, Databuddy helps software teams investigate conversion drops, customer friction and product errors. Its analytics tools combine product usage data with an AI analyst that answers questions and helps teams understand changes in performance.
The company will invest in deeper AI investigation capabilities, additional integrations and targeted hiring. It also plans to improve onboarding and migration support as it expands its user base. Y Combinator lists Databuddy in its Fall 2026 batch.
