Guoke Brain-Computer raises seed funding for wearable brain interfaces
The Beijing startup will expand its hardware and algorithm teams and advance medical-device registration and clinical research.
Guoke Brain-Computer has completed a seed round described as tens of millions of renminbi. Guoke Venture Capital led the financing, with Houtian Capital and Wanfang Capital participating. The company did not disclose an exact amount.
The Beijing startup develops non-invasive wearable brain-computer interfaces that combine signal detection, decoding and neural modulation. Its first applications target medical and health needs, including mental-health and sleep disorders.
Founded in June 2026 to commercialise research from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Automation, Guoke is developing forehead patches, headband devices and a high-density wearable platform.
The new funding will support hardware and algorithm hiring, medical-device registration and deeper clinical research partnerships. The company aims to bring signal collection and interpretation together in small wearable devices with on-device processing.
