Custodea synchronises records from accounting, CRM and HR tools such as Exact, HubSpot and Personio into an EU-hosted environment. Instead of relying on repeated spreadsheet exports, an SME can bring invoices, customer records and employee data together for analysis.
The company says customers can work with that data in Excel, Power BI, Looker, Tableau or dbt, while controlling access for advisers or AI agents through scoped credentials and audit logs. That combination positions the product as a lighter alternative for teams that want connected reporting without running a warehouse themselves.
