Custodea gives European SMEs a private data lake that syncs their business software and makes the resulting records usable in familiar analytics tools and AI.
Custodea connects to systems such as Exact, HubSpot and Personio, then copies records into a private data lake on a recurring schedule. The company says its connectors use OAuth or encrypted read-only keys, with an audit log and access scoped by entity. This gives smaller businesses a consolidated source for invoices, contacts and people records without manual exports or duplicate spreadsheet work.
Customers can connect the lake to Excel, Power BI, Looker, Tableau or dbt, and can create separate access keys for an AI agent or an outside advisor. The service is aimed at SMEs that need joined-up reporting or controlled data access but do not want to operate their own warehouse. Custodea is a live hosted product with a self-serve trial; its stated EU-only hosting is part of the product’s data-control proposition.
