ClarityCare announces $16.5 million Series A led by Headline
The company plans to grow its team, develop new products and expand its healthcare administration work in the government sector.
ClarityCare announced a $16.5 million Series A on October 26, 2026, bringing its total funding to nearly $20 million. Headline led the round, joined by Arthur Ventures and FJ Labs alongside existing backers Maverick, firstminute capital, Top Harvest Capital and Transpose Platform.
The company plans to hire across engineering, clinical operations and sales, build new products and expand its government-sector footprint. The financing accompanied an updated version of Electra, its AI agent platform for healthcare payers.
Electra’s expanded workflows cover more fax inboxes, case creation in utilization management systems, and preparation and delivery of authorization letters. The product prepares recommendations against clinical guidelines and member benefits while keeping an audit trail.
