Causa Prima announced a $10 million pre-seed on June 16, 2026, led by Creandum with Kfund, HelloWorld and Angel Invest participating. The company connects buyers and suppliers so their AI agents can resolve invoice disputes and negotiate payment timing.

Founded by Maex Ament, Henrik Gebbing and Philip Stanislaus, the business aims to reduce manual coordination between finance teams. Its network also supports early-payment discounts, allowing agents on both sides of a transaction to reach an agreement.
