Causa Prima connects finance teams with agents that work across both sides of business transactions. Its platform matches invoices, resolves discrepancies and negotiates payment terms between customers and suppliers.
The software sits above existing accounting, communications and banking tools. Companies set approval rules and cash limits, while agents handle routine communication and escalate decisions that require human judgment.
Maex Ament, Henrik Gebbing and Philip Stanislaus founded the business. Madrid is its primary operating hub, with a team also working in Munich; the group’s parent is Causa Prima Inc., incorporated in Delaware.
