Be2Byte raises €500,000 for LabThunder
IBG funds back the laboratory-software company as it expands from early customer deployments.
LabThunder has already been deployed at Zentrallabor Witowski, an accredited analytical laboratory in Germany. According to the financing announcement, the rollout replaced 107 paper logbooks in ten weeks and reduced documentation effort by more than 70%.
That deployment gives Be2Byte a practical reference for selling into laboratories where equipment knowledge is often spread across paper records and individual employees. The founders combine laboratory service and sales experience with software development, shaping a product around the work that happens between measurements.
