Battery Smart starts pre-Series C with about ₹66 crore

Battery Smart had secured about ₹66 crore for its pre-Series C, Entrackr reported on March 5, 2026, citing regulatory filings. The board approved 12,158 compulsorily convertible preference shares priced at ₹54,407 each.
Acacia Inclusion contributed ₹36.3 crore, PC-SBI Kurashi Visionary Fund ₹17.8 crore and Blume Ventures ₹12 crore, according to the report. The investment began a round whose full size had not been disclosed, following the company’s earlier Series B financing.
