AssistMe raises €6.5 million for international growth
CRB Health Tech and Vorwerk Ventures co-lead the care-platform financing.
AssistMe says its monthly recurring revenue grew more than sixfold in the six months preceding the round. alea is already used in eight European countries by providers including Johanniter, AWO, the Führer Group and Argentum Group.
The new financing follows a €5.2 million growth-capital round announced in July 2025. Returning backers are investing again alongside the two leads and US investor SUM Ventures, supporting a company that has moved from early deployments to a broader base of care providers.
