alea combines sensors and software to show when an incontinence product needs changing and how long a person has remained in one position. It can also signal a possible fall or departure from a defined area, helping staff decide when to intervene.
The system transfers relevant information into care documentation, reducing manual coordination around those events. Founded in 2017 and based in Berlin, AssistMe works with nursing-care organisations and is extending its platform into care delivered at home.
