Asaya raised ₹28 crore in a pre-Series A announced on September 10, 2025, led by RPSG Capital Ventures. Existing backers OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures participated, alongside Suyash Saraf and Anisha Agarwal Saraf.

The skincare brand plans to build an innovation centre, develop new products and expand distribution. Its range includes serums, creams and face masks, sold through its website, quick-commerce platforms and selected retail outlets.
