Aignosis raises ₹4 crore seed round led by Antler and Nikhil Kamath

The startup uses webcam-based assessments to flag autism risk and connect families with clinical follow-up.

Varun Dua and IIMA Ventures also participated in the financing. Aignosis aims to reach children who may otherwise wait for specialist assessment, combining a short digital screening session with a pathway to healthcare providers.

Children respond to visual stimuli while the system analyses gaze, facial expressions and responses through a laptop camera. The resulting report assesses risk and recommends further clinical evaluation; it does not establish an autism diagnosis.

The company says its tool has been deployed in more than 20 Rajasthan primary-health centres and has completed about 8,000 screenings. Its partnerships extend the route to families through healthcare and schools, while the stated goal of 100,000 screenings in FY2027 remains a target.

What the funding supports
