Parakeet Health raises $10 million Series A led by Canvas Ventures

The patient-access platform connects referrals, outreach and appointments across channels that healthcare practices often manage separately.

Blank Space Ventures, StoryHouse Ventures and HMC INQ participated, bringing total funding to $13 million. Parakeet reports tenfold annual recurring revenue growth over the past year and deployments supporting more than 2,800 providers across over 1,100 locations.

A faxed referral can trigger patient outreach, scheduling and follow-up within one workflow. Integrations with electronic health records and practice-management systems let the platform account for provider availability, locations, procedures, insurance and scheduling rules. Its performance-based commercial model ties payment to verified outcomes such as appointments booked and interactions resolved.
