Ubitium develops processors that combine signal processing, AI inference and real-time control on one reconfigurable architecture. Its programmable array reallocates resources as a machine’s workload changes.
Founded by Hyun Shin Cho and Martin Vorbach in Düsseldorf, the company targets applications including radar, audio, robotics and autonomous machines. Its UB108 chip demonstrated the architecture; the UB410 is the planned commercial processor.
