Targeted nucleic-acid medicines
Aoxi Biopharmaceutical develops antibody–oligonucleotide conjugates, or AOCs, that combine antibody targeting with nucleic-acid therapeutics. Its work focuses on delivering medicines to disease-related cells, including applications in rare diseases.
Research and commercialization
Founder Liu Yin leads the project, which was incubated in Shanghai with support for commercialization in Xinghua, Jiangsu. JITRI’s annual report identifies the AOC project with 艾奥奚生物医药科技(泰州)有限公司, the Taizhou company.
In May 2025, Xinghua authorities reported CNY12 million of project support through a grant-to-equity mechanism. The mechanism provides funding during development and allows conversion to an equity interest when market financing arrives.
