WAT and Phil Company announced a capital and business alliance on October 1, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The partnership combines WAT’s cafe and community-space operations with Phil Company’s property planning and construction capabilities. The companies intend to develop projects for municipalities and public facilities, and jointly plan cafe formats for Phil-Park properties. Their aim is to connect the design of a space with the activities and operators that make it useful to a local community.
