WAT

Create places for local communities

WAT is a Japanese cafe and community-space operator. It develops food-and-drink venues and designs the activities and operating model that help a space become a place for people to meet.

Its work includes cafes in museums, libraries and civic facilities, alongside independent shops and projects for property developers. WAT offers both venue operations and the design and implementation of community programmes.
