Software with a local property manager

Owners can see financial records, documents and outstanding matters online while retaining a dedicated contact for their building. Local teams coordinate maintenance and service providers. At the January announcement, vivanta reported more than 1,500 units across five cities.

Growing the service and its technology

A Hamburg family office led the €2.5 million round; its name was not disclosed. The company plans to develop its platform, hire staff and enter more locations. It is also considering selected acquisitions of property-management businesses where the existing service fits its operating approach.
