Vheda Health receives $47m investment from Agora

Connecting member data with personalized support

Vheda works with health plans to identify and engage members with complex or chronic needs through condition-specific programs. Its service combines analytics, connected devices, member outreach and culturally responsive care teams, with workflows spanning Medicaid, Medicare and special-needs populations.

The company says its health-plan partners have realized more than $975 million in savings. The investment is intended to support national expansion and additional product and analytics capabilities.
