Vessla raises $3.3m for AI agents across property operations

Seedcamp led the pre-seed round as the Stockholm startup develops a shared operating layer for property managers.

Vessla has emerged from stealth with $3.3 million in pre-seed funding led by Seedcamp. Inception Fund, Tiny VC, Tandem Health founder Lukas Saari and Voi founder Fredrik Hjelm also participated, alongside other angel investors and operators from Lovable and OpenAI. The round was more than twice oversubscribed.

The startup will continue developing its platform for residential and commercial property operations. A maintenance request can involve checking records, contacting suppliers and handling invoices in separate systems; Vessla connects those systems so agents can retrieve context and carry out work under each organisation’s operating rules.

People retain oversight of decisions requiring judgment or approval. Longer term, the company aims to connect leasing, building operations and investment planning across entire property portfolios.
