Vessla develops an operating layer for property owners and managers. The Stockholm company connects Microsoft 365, property-management systems, ERP and CRM software with contracts, files and telephone conversations, giving teams a shared view of work across their portfolios.
Its agents retrieve information, identify obligations and deadlines, prepare tasks and coordinate handoffs between operators and contractors. Staff review work and retain responsibility for decisions requiring judgment or approval.
The company is working with five large Nordic property managers to evaluate whether connected systems and agents can reduce manual coordination and improve response times.
