VerifAIX raises $5m seed for AI chip-verification software
The startup is building a software workflow that helps chip teams connect design requirements to verification coverage before sign-off.
Checking chip designs against their specifications
VerifAIX analyzes hardware specifications and register-transfer-level designs to show which requirements have been exercised and where verification gaps remain. Its Formal Brain combines AI reasoning with formal methods, while coverage tools support simulation and debugging. The company says an AI-accelerator developer and an IP provider are using the platform.
