United Immunity raises ¥2.2 billion in financing
The biotech is advancing nanoparticle delivery programs for immune therapies, including a clinical-stage cancer candidate.
Targeting therapeutic payloads to immune cells
United Immunity's Myeloid Targeting Platform uses pullulan-based nanoparticles to deliver different payloads to macrophages and dendritic cells. Its UI-102 candidate, a TLR7/8 agonist, is being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 study for advanced solid tumors. The company is also developing in-vivo approaches to engineer macrophages for cancer and other immune-related diseases.
