TwoStep Therapeutics raises $62.5M Series A for targeted cancer therapies
Its targeting peptide binds five integrins and can carry different treatment payloads.
A shared targeting approach across therapy formats
TwoStep’s polyspecific integrin-binding peptide is designed to recognize tumor-associated targets that vary across and within solid tumors. The lead conjugate TS-104 links the peptide to the cytotoxic drug MMAE, while the platform also supports radioligand programs; these investigational treatments remain in clinical development and are not marketed therapies.
