Connecting bookings with spa operations

Guests can book treatment packages online while operators coordinate staff, memberships and payments in the same platform. Trybe serves individual venues and groups with several properties; at the announcement, it reported more than 325 properties in 33 countries.

Expanding into more wellness markets

Five Elms Capital supplied the $30 million investment. The company will expand across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, improve payment settlement and card-present capabilities, and add reporting and membership features. AI-assisted scheduling, forecasting and personalization form part of the planned product roadmap.
