Toresyoku completes FUNDINNO crowdfunding for recycling technology
The subscription-rights campaign supports research and development for turning food waste into useful materials.
Toresyoku completed a subscription-rights crowdfunding campaign through FUNDINNO in March 2021. The platform’s project record shows ¥16.56 million raised from 124 investors.
FUNDINNO’s operator announced the successful campaign on March 9, reporting ¥18.81 million in subscriptions at that point. The project page now records the lower total. The ¥40.05 million figure in the original offer was the campaign cap.
At the time of the campaign, Toresyoku was developing technology to break down food waste and recover ingredients and other useful materials. It planned to use the proceeds for research, development personnel and platform fees, while building raw-material supply, contract research and consulting activities.
