The Dough Therapy raises ₹5.25 crore to expand its pizza outlets
Michigan Capital Advisors leads the seed round, with Equiglobe Investment participating, as the Mumbai brand prepares to enter more cities.
Building capacity behind the outlet expansion
The company plans to grow from 10 outlets to 20 over the next year, using company-owned locations, selected dine-in formats and franchise partnerships. The financing values the business at ₹35 crore.
Sixty percent of the capital is allocated to expansion, 15% to marketing and 25% to supply-chain infrastructure, central operations and kitchen technology. Those investments support a larger network alongside the customer-facing openings, as the vegetarian and vegan pizza brand moves beyond its initial Mumbai base.
