syte combines land, property and planning-rule data with AI analysis to show what may be built on a site and what a project could cost. Developers, banks and brokers can assess construction, renovation and energy opportunities before committing to manual research or capital.
Expanding beyond Germany
The platform covers more than 62 million German addresses and is used by over 200 businesses, according to syte. The Series A will fund expansion into other European markets and continued automation of its land and property analysis tools.
