Sunnies raises ¥50m seed round for Privaco
HAKOBUNE and Hiroshima Venture Capital back password, access and AI workforce controls.
Tokyo-based Sunnies has raised ¥50 million in a seed round backed by HAKOBUNE and Hiroshima Venture Capital.
The company will use the funding to develop Privaco, expand sales and strengthen partnerships. Alongside the financing, it announced an AI workforce governance offering for organisations managing both employees and AI agents.
The platform is designed to track agent ownership, set permissions and execution policies, require human approval for important actions and record access activity. It extends Sunnies’ existing password and account management work.
