SpaceAM closes seed round backed by Foresight
The Gloucestershire sensing company is preparing for its next phase of commercial growth.
The investment follows contracts with the Ministry of Defence and European Space Agency, a team expansion to thirteen people and the opening of new research facilities. These milestones give SpaceAM a customer base around which to develop its business.
Andy Callen, a former co-founder of Callen-Lenz, is joining as chair. Founder Chris Isaac says the company is preparing for a future Series A, making this financing a step toward a larger commercial organisation.
