SoVa secures follow-on equity and bonds from Chugin funds
Two Chugin Infinity funds provide new shares and bonds with share warrants to the Japanese accounting-service company.
SoVa has received further financing through Chugin Infinity Fund No. 2 and Chugin Infinity Fund No. 3, Chugin Capital Partners announced on 19 October 2026. Fund No. 2 subscribed to newly issued shares, while Fund No. 3 took bonds with share warrants. The amounts were not disclosed.
Chugin described the package as its fourth provision of capital to SoVa. It is the investment manager’s first use of bonds with warrants, adding another financing option alongside its equity investments.
SoVa combines accounting professionals with software to handle small businesses’ bookkeeping, payroll and administration. It also uses the financial records produced through that work to provide advice on cash flow and operating costs.
