Soufu Keji raises CNY360 million angel round
GP Capital led the reported financing for Qianyue customer service software, with funding directed to AI, data integration and expansion.
Soufu Keji has announced a CNY360 million angel financing led by GP Capital, according to an October 27 report by Lieyun.
The Chengdu company will invest in its Qianyue customer service platform, including AI model development, data integration and a workspace supporting high volumes of conversations across channels.
Qianyue brings enquiries from websites, messaging services and advertising platforms into one system and links customer interactions to advertising conversion data. The funding will also support market expansion.
