4399 backs Ye Jun’s enterprise AI startup Shenkong Zhixu
The Hangzhou company is developing AI agents for foreign-trade and cross-border ecommerce workflows.
GameQuest reported on August 30, 2026 that 4399 had invested in Shenkong Zhixu, the enterprise AI company founded by former DingTalk president Ye Jun. The report described 4399’s shareholding as approximately 5%; the investment amount was not disclosed.
Shenkong Zhixu is developing AI software for business workflows, initially targeting foreign trade and cross-border ecommerce. Its work includes helping staff handle overseas buyer inquiries and coordinate information across channels.
