Shamrock AI raises $5m for enterprise assurance
Endiya Partners leads the seed round as the company starts with ERP transformation projects.
Shamrock AI’s first institutional round arrives as it moves from automating migration tests toward ongoing validation of business operations. That extends the role of its software beyond a one-off system change into the transactions and processes that follow it.
The Shillong company says it already serves Fortune 500 businesses, including customers in AI hardware and healthcare. Its founders bring experience delivering enterprise assurance projects and running large technology transformations, combining the supplier’s and buyer’s view of where those projects fail.
