Sauce Opportunity Fund reaches final close for consumer follow-on investments
Sauce.vc brought in global institutional capital to deepen its backing for selected consumer brands.
Sauce Opportunity Fund reached its final close in February 2026, with founder Manu Chandra announcing completion of Sauce.vc’s latest opportunities fundraise on 26 February. The manager raised capital from large international institutions for the first time, drawing investors from the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The strategy concentrates follow-on investments in four to five companies from Sauce’s consumer portfolio, including Hocco, The Whole Truth and Mokobara. The larger pool gives the manager capacity to keep backing selected businesses as they grow towards a public listing.
