Rune Technologies raises $24 million Series A led by Human Capital

The investment will expand deployment of the company’s TyrOS military logistics software.

Pax Ventures and Washington Harbour Partners joined the round alongside existing investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Point72 Ventures, XYZ Venture Capital and Forward Deployed VC. The July 2025 financing followed a seed round earlier that year and brought total funding above $30 million.

Rune’s software helps military organizations track resources and anticipate supply needs when communications are limited. The company planned to extend deployments with the U.S. Army and Marine Corps and expand to additional military services.
