Firehawk Defense raises more than $150 million in Series D
Advent International and Rochefort Asset Management co-led the financing for expanded US manufacturing capacity.
Firehawk Defense announced an oversubscribed Series D of more than $150 million on October 28, 2026. Advent International and Rochefort Asset Management led the round, which valued the company at more than $1.4 billion.
The financing will support expansion of the company’s propulsion manufacturing and integration facilities, research sites and workforce. Based in Dallas, Firehawk supplies propulsion systems and energetic materials to the US defence industrial base.
