The Uruguayan-Chilean company is expanding its team as businesses adopt agents connected to internal systems.

Roma AI reported serving more than 50 companies and handling over 500,000 messages a month. Its customers span sectors including banking, insurance, healthcare and retail, where the actions an agent can take matter as much as the answers it produces.
The company charges by conversation volume. Its growth strategy combines adding customers with deploying more services inside existing accounts.
