Accion Ventures leads the round supporting broader deployment and US expansion.
RevRag’s agents operate within financial applications, where they can respond to the step a customer is trying to complete. That context is central to its attempt to reduce abandoned onboarding and support users who struggle with unfamiliar financial terminology.
The company already works with lenders and fintech providers including Bajaj Finance, PhonePe and Kissht, according to the announcement. Its US expansion will take this model into another market while product development continues alongside existing enterprise deployments.
