Rapidata raises $8.5 million seed round
Canaan Partners and IA Ventures co-led the financing for the Swiss human-feedback platform.
Rapidata announced an $8.5 million seed round on February 19, 2026, co-led by Canaan Partners and IA Ventures. Acequia Capital and BlueYard also participated.
The Zurich company will use the funding to expand its global network for collecting human feedback. Its platform helps AI developers gather judgments and preferences used to label data, evaluate outputs and improve models.
Rapidata distributes short, opt-in tasks through consumer applications, providing access to respondents across different markets. The approach is designed to shorten the feedback cycles that can otherwise slow model development and require AI teams to coordinate several annotation providers.
