Designing around protein interactions

Proxima’s NeoLink technology generates structural information about protein complexes. Its Neo models use that data to design small molecules that bring proteins together or alter their interactions, including molecular glues and targeted protein degraders.

Advancing therapeutic programmes

The financing will accelerate discovery and development of proximity-modulating medicines. Alongside its own pipeline, Proxima works with pharmaceutical partners on co-developed programmes; at the announcement, the first of those programmes was expected to enter clinical trials during 2026.

Where the funding goes

  • Advance proximity-modulating therapeutic programmes
