Hardware built for inference

Atlas, Positron’s shipping system, runs models for customers that need inference capacity. Jump Trading became an investor after using the product. The company’s next design, Asimov, targets memory-intensive workloads such as long-context language models and video.

Next-generation silicon

Funding supports the transition from Atlas to custom Asimov silicon and Titan systems. At the February announcement, Positron targeted chip tapeout in late 2026 and production in early 2027. The financing values the company above $1 billion.
