The German company plans to develop labour-market data and expand sales following its first institutional financing.

PLACED has completed its first institutional financing, bringing its pre-seed financing to approximately €1.8 million. Backers include Brandenburg Kapital, Ventic Ventures, Angel Invest, True Growth, Superangels, WorkTech Angels and the Business Angel Club by Board Academy, alongside individual angels.

The capital will fund platform and data development and strengthen sales. The company’s next research direction is forecasting employers’ hiring needs, extending its existing labour-market monitoring and recruiter outreach tools.

The investment backs a German business based in Berlin and Potsdam. Its platform aims to give recruitment firms more opportunities to place qualified candidates by combining market signals with company contacts and specialised AI agents.
